This blog has all the names changed because it is a story about my escape from a marriage filled with domestic violence, fiscal abuse, emotional coercion, and manipulation. For the safety of those I care about, and my peace, identities must remain anonymous. The story, and the lessons must not. I’m in my thirties and I teach children with special needs. I have an elementary aged child. My name for this blog will be Tiffany. My kiddo is Addie, and my fiancee is Tyler. He is a manager for a local bar.

I am rediscovering parts of myself, and I don’t know how much is still relevant. I think I like to cook, read, write, play board and video games, and ride my horses.
